Recommended Dosage
- Adults (age 19-50): Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by healthcare practitioner. Take on a full stomach, at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Adults with difficulty swallowing, open capsule and add contents to cold food or liquid.
